To load the new rosters, use the Reset Roster function under the Options menu or go to NBA 2K13 main menu » "Options" » "Load / Save" » "Load" » Load Roster file.

Although the All-Star teams are not available in NBA 2K13 PC by default, you can still unlock the East and West All-Stars in NBA 2K13 PC by using this trainer.
Note: This trainer is not compatible with the latest online data files and roster. It doesn't work also if you've installed any patches or mods before. You will need a clean install of NBA 2K13 in order for this to work.

Works on : Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC
Console: Updates will download and install automatically as long as your XBOX 360 or PS3 is connected to the Internet.
PC: Download the roster below and copy the files to your saves folder.

Where can I find my NBA 2K13 Saves folder? (PC)
Follow the steps below:
- Open Start Menu or press windows key + R.
- Type %AppData% in the search bar.
- Open 2K Sports folder » NBA 2K13 » Saves or follow this path C:\Users\X\AppData\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves
- Don't forget to replace the X with your windows username.
